Most recently, Makom Shelanu completed the Shivyon Cohort.  Shivyon is a yearlong cohort-based project of training, consultation, and learning designed for organizations that are committed to LGBTQ+ inclusion and belonging.  Each member of the cohort works with a personal coach to design a concrete action plan aimed at creating institutional change and greater understanding of LGBTQ+ issues both in-house and in the greater community and beyond.
